Conference Preparation Timeline

- Speaker registration will open on May 1 and close on July 31, 2025. There are 17 available slots.
- Selected contributions, along with the conference program, will be announced by August 8. At the same time, the (preliminary) conference program will be presented.
- Audience registration will open on June 1 and will close once all available spots are filled. There are 60 available spots for audience members.
