Lecture proposals can be submitted from 1.4. to 31.7. The organizing committee will select proposals for the final program.

Successful authors will be notified and results will be announced on 9.8.

Speakers are registered automatically and exempt from the conference fee.

Registration of non-presenting participants will take place from 1.5. to 26.10., or until the capacity of 60 available places is reache.

45 € if paid by 1 July
53 € if paid by 1 September
66 € if paid during October

Payment instructions will be sent to you together with the registration confirmation.

The conference fee covers both the conference itself and the accompanying program. It includes a welcome reception on the opening evening and refreshments throughout all three days of the event. The conference fee is non-refundable due to budget constraints, except in cases of documented serious circumstances (e.g., hospitalization or a death in the family).
